“This is the best day of my life”

Our seasonal sessions are nature based immersions that cultivate a deep kinship with nature. Within a culture of connection kids are supported to develop their sense of belonging, build their naturalist knowledge and forge lasting friendships.

A Wild Explorer is a child who follows their curiosity into the bush, through the seasons, and into a deeper sense of belonging. Here, passions are ignited through adventure, creativity, and connection.

Guided by Andrew, Wild Explorers build confidence through bushcraft, storytelling, and hands-on discovery. They learn to safely use tools like knives and fire, take on exciting projects, play big games, and slow down enough to listen—to the wind, to each other, and to themselves.

Grounded in the 8 Shields framework, our days are woven with nature connection practices that foster resilience, awareness, and meaningful friendships.

From forest wanderings to Cape to Cape adventures, Wild Explorers grow skills, courage, and a strong connection to the natural world—and their place within it.

Join us and give your child the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive in the outdoors

Summer session: Wild Builders

Wild Builders is a six-week adventure where kids work together to create and care for their own basecamps, learn and practise essential bush skills (including snake-bite first aid), and design an obstacle course using natural materials and hand tools. As part of our time exploring boodja, we’ll take a day to journey into the wilds of Cape Naturaliste / Kweerijinnup, building confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging in place. True to the heart of rewilding, each day is shaped by core nature-connection routines and the children’s curiosity, with tools and resources available to support emergent projects and ideas that grow from the group.
